Location: Banbury ( OX16 )
Hours: Monday to Friday – 0600-1400 OR 1000-1800
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Our client in Banbury are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated and reliable individuals to secure a position within a growing business.

The Role:

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing and dispatching goods while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and productivity. You will work as part of a team to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and warehouse operations run effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and Packing Items - Accurately select and pack products for customer orders
• Replenishment - Restock inventory in picking locations to maintain product availability and workflow efficiency.
• Returns Processing - Handle returned goods, including inspection, restocking and documentation according to company procedures.
• General Warehouse Duties - Support overall warehouse operations

Pay & Benefits:

• £12.71 per hour
• Full time hours - Monday to Friday (0600-1400 OR 1000-1800)

.Experience & Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
• Ability to work accurately in a fast paced environment
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
• Strong awareness of health and safety within a warehouse environment.
