Warehouse Operative

We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join a friendly and growing business based on the outskirts of Marlow, Buckinghamshire

£29,000 + Exceptional Bonus Scheme (OTE c.£34,000)

This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations, including goods in, stock control, picking and packing, dispatch, and loading vehicles. During quieter periods, you’ll also be happy to support the production team, making this a diverse role where no two days are the same.

What’s on offer for this Warehouse Operative role?

• £29,000 basic salary
• Exceptional individual and team bonus scheme with realistic earnings of around £5,000 per year
• Flexible working hours but ideally 7.30-4.30 Monday to Thursday and 3.30 finish on Friday

What we’re looking for:

• A valid Counterbalance or Reach Forklift Licence (essential)
• At least 2 years’ warehouse experience
• Good knowledge of warehouse procedures and stock control
• A strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail
• Someone happy to roll up their sleeves and support production when required
• A reliable team player with good communication skills and a flexible approach
