Pay Rate: £12.85 - £13.58 per hour
Shifts: Various shifts available
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

Omnia Resourcing is proud to be working in partnership with one of the UK's leading logistics and distribution companies based in Coventry, who are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering full training and the potential to secure a permanent position following a successful probation period.

Available Shifts:

AM Shift
Pay Rate: £12.85 p/h
Monday & Friday: 09:15 - 17:15
Tuesday: 09:00 - 18:30
Wednesday & Thursday: 09:15 - 17:45

Mid Shift
Pay Rate: £12.85 p/h
Monday to Friday: 10:30 - 19:00

PM Shift
Pay Rate: £13.58 p/h
Monday & Friday: 13:30 - 21:30
Tuesday: 12:00 - 21:30
Wednesday & Thursday: 13:00 - 21:30

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handling mobile phones and electronic devices
• Screening and completing basic repair work
• Checking devices for damage and quality issues
• Picking and packing products (no heavy lifting involved)
• Pallet wrapping, stacking and putting stock away
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Completing general warehouse duties
• Working towards productivity and quality targets

About You:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Target driven and motivated
• Good English communication skills
• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential as full training is provided
