Warehouse Operative – Stock Management

Location: Hinckley
Pay: Up to £13.50 per hour
Hours: Monday–Thursday: 7:30am–4:30pm, Friday: 7:30am–3:00pm
Contract: Temporary, with the opportunity to become permanent
Start Date: ASAP


We are currently looking for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and friendly team based in Hinckley. This is a varied role suited to someone who is organised, hands-on and enjoys working as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing, organising and maintaining stock within the warehouse

  • Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently

  • Keeping stock areas organised and ensuring items are easy to locate

  • Supporting the Operations Team with day-to-day warehouse requirements

  • Helping colleagues locate stock and materials they need

  • Checking and moving stock as required

  • Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment

  • Assisting with general warehouse duties when required

About YouThe ideal candidate will be:

  • Organised and able to keep track of stock

  • Reliable, hardworking and punctual

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • A good team player with a helpful attitude

  • Able to work independently and use initiative

  • Previous warehouse or stock management experience would be an advantage, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are equally important
