We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a friendly, family-run business based in Redditch. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term, ongoing work, with the potential of a permanent contract for the right candidate.
The Role
This is a varied warehouse position with a strong focus on Goods In, ensuring deliveries are received, checked and stored accurately. You'll also support other warehouse functions including order picking and packing.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving and booking in deliveries.
- Checking goods against delivery notes for accuracy and quality.
- Putting stock away in the correct warehouse locations.
- Picking customer orders accurately & packing ready for dispatch.
What We're Looking For
- Previous warehouse experience, particularly within a Goods In role, would be advantageous.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team.
