Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver

Location: Horsham

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday

Job Type: Temp to Perm

Talented People Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver to join a well-established company based in Horsham.

This is a full-time, temp-to-perm position working Monday to Friday with no weekend working.

Due to the location of the site, applicants will need a full UK driving licence and access to their own transport.

Warehouse Operative duties include:

• Operating a Counterbalance forklift
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Moving and storing stock within the warehouse
• Picking and preparing customer orders
• Goods in and goods out
• Checking deliveries and stock
• General warehouse duties and manual handling
• Keeping working areas clean and organised
• Following warehouse health and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Counterbalance Forklift Licence
• Previous warehouse experience
• Experience operating a Counterbalance forklift
• Reach Truck experience would be advantageous, but training can be provided
• Full UK driving licence and own transport due to the location
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
