Location: Gateshead, Tyne and Wear 

Contract: Temp to Perm 

Salary: £12.73 per hour. Rate increases to £12.86 on perm contract. 

Shifts: 3 shift rotation: 7am – 3pm, 3pm – 11pm, 11pm – 7am 

We are seeking a Warehouse Packer to join a busy manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual seeking a hands-on role in a fast-paced warehouse and production setting where quality, safety, and teamwork are highly valued. 

About the Company 

Our client operates within the food packaging manufacturing industry, producing high-quality products for a range of packaging applications. 

The Role 

The successful Warehouse Packer will be responsible for packing, weighing, labelling, and preparing finished goods for dispatch or storage, ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy are maintained at all times.

Duties will also include order picking and packing, stock handling, completing production and dispatch paperwork, supporting production teams, and maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment. 

What We're Looking For 

• Experience in a warehouse, production, manufacturing, or packing environment. 

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. 

• The ability to work safely and follow established procedures. 

• A proactive approach to housekeeping and teamwork. 

• Good organisational skills and a positive attitude. 

• Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern.
