Warehouse Production Manager - Essex

I am currently in need of a Warehouse Production Manager to oversee the end-to-day manufacturing, assembly, and fulfilment operations. You will be expected to bridge the gap between the production floor and senior management by planning schedules, managing inventory, and ensuring output meets quality and safety standards.

Core responsibilities for the role include:

• Workflow Scheduling: Planning production lines to hit delivery targets while minimizing downtime.
• Staff Leadership: Hiring, training, and motivating warehouse and production personnel.
• Quality Assurance: Implementing standard operating procedures to guarantee product consistency.
• Health & Safety: Ensuring a safe working environment and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
• Workforce: Management of warehouse staff on a day to day basis
