Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

The Role

We are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy and fast-growing business based in the Wirral.

This is a hands-on position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the warehouse, managing the team and ensuring goods move efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee goods-in, goods-out and order fulfilment
  • Manage, support and develop the warehouse team
  • Coordinate the unloading of shipping containers
  • Manage warehouse layout, stock flow and space utilisation
  • Oversee picking and packing operations
  • Plan rotas, workloads and shift cover
  • Maintain stock accuracy and work closely with dispatch
  • Ensure high standards of health & safety and housekeeping
  • Support general warehouse duties during busy periods

Experience Required

  • Previous Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader or Manager experience
  • Strong goods-in, goods-out and stock control experience
  • Experience within a fast-paced warehouse or fulfilment environment
  • Confident managing and developing a warehouse team
  • Experience using WMS and general IT systems
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on approach to warehouse operations
  • FLT Bendi/Flexi licence would be advantageous
