Location: Newark-on-Trent , NG13
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday (hours flexible based on operational needs)
Pay: £35,000 – £40,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to company policies and safety standards
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse operatives to achieve team performance targets
• Manage the timely and accurate shipping and receiving of goods
• Monitor inventory and generate reports using Warehouse Management System (WMS) software
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure equipment is properly maintained
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Enforce safe working practices, including correct manual handling and forklift operations

Requirements

• Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role within logistics, distribution, or 3PL environments
• Strong understanding of logistics processes, stock control, and health & safety regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Mechanically minded and proactive in maintaining equipment standards
• Highly organised, with attention to detail and a focus on process improvement
