About the Role
Our client is growing quickly, and they are looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join their site in Thorn, Dunstable. You will lead the day-to-day running of your shift, keeping orders moving, supporting your team and making sure goods go out accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and support your team across picking, packing, goods in and despatch
- Oversee accurate and efficient order picking and packing to meet daily targets and deadlines
- Manage goods in and despatch, ensuring stock is received, booked in and shipped correctly
- Use the warehouse management system to track stock, process orders and keep records accurate
- Liaise with couriers and use courier systems to book, label and release shipments
- Keep the warehouse safe, tidy and organised, in line with health and safety standards
About You
You will be able to demonstrate previous experience in:
- Warehouse picking and packing
- Working with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Goods in and despatch
- Leading a team in a warehouse or logistics setting
- Dealing with courier systems
- Forklift licences are advantageous
Shift Pattern
Because of the client's rapid growth, this role requires flexibility across a rotating shift pattern. You must be happy to work any of the following shifts:
Early shift
6:00am - 2:00pm
Day shift
8:00am - 4:30pm
Late shift
2:00pm - 10:00pm
Night shift
10:00pm - 6:00am
