What you will be doing

You will be leading a diverse team of up to 34 staff that work across various shifts, working alongside the warehouse manager in the day-to-day operations & planning. Additionally:

• Guiding and developing your team of operatives & FLT drivers.

• Ensuring stock levels are accurate & stored correctly.
• Monitor performance & KPI’s taking action where needed.
• Attend/lead team briefings & shift handovers
• This is a varied role split between being out in the warehouse & in the office.

To be considered

• At least 2 years’ experience in a leadership/supervisory role
• Strong experience in supply chain, logistics or production environments
• Counterbalance experience
• Experience using SAP is beneficial 
• Stable career history
• Good teamwork
• Clear communication
• Enthusiastic attitude
• A drive to progress your career

Due to the site location you need your own transport.
