THE ROLE
As a Warranty Controller, you'll be responsible for managing warranty administration and ensuring claims are processed accurately and efficiently while minimising the risk of warranty audit failures.
Key responsibilities include:
·Supporting the Aftersales Manager with warranty administration
·Submitting accurate warranty and goodwill claims
·Ensuring manufacturer warranty policies and procedures are followed correctly
·Monitoring warranty reports and identifying outstanding claims
·Maintaining high standards of processing efficiency and cost control
·Ensuring compliance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines
·Liaising with manufacturers regarding warranty claims and queries
·Maintaining accurate warranty records and documentation
·Supporting the business in minimising warranty audit risks
·Ensuring customers receive a high level of service throughout the warranty process
 
ABOUT YOU
We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
·Previous warranty experience within the motor industry
·Experience as a Warranty Administrator, Warranty Controller or similar Aftersales role
·Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty processes and procedures
·Excellent organisational and administrative skills
·Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
·Good computer literacy and confidence using relevant systems
·Exceptional attention to detail
·Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
·A professional and proactive approach to problem solving
·Ability to liaise confidently with manufacturers and internal departments
