The Opportunity

Global Highland are currently recruiting for a part time Waste Operative for our client in Alness.  This is for ongoing work working on a production line sorting dry recyclable waste items.  Monday to Thursday 0900-1300.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sorting the dry recyclable waste on a production line by type; wood, plastics, metal etc
  • Maintain a clean and safe working area
  • Following health and safety procedures at all times
  • Reliable and hard working 
  • Attention to detail
  • Working in a team

Requirements

  • Previous production line work is not essential as full training shall be given.
  • Candidate needs to have their own safety boots and must be over 18 for this role.
  • Able to follow health and safety procedures
  • Comfortable working in a noisy environment
  • Physically fit and able to carry out repetitive tasks

What's on Offer

  • Ongoing, part time work Monday to Thursday 0900-1300
  • £12.71 per hour
