Weekend Onsite Coordinator in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire

Great opportunity to work as a Weekend Onsite Coordinator for our client which processes meat to make pork pies and sausages.

Staffline is recruiting Weekend Onsite Coordinators in Nottingham.

The rate of pay is £12.71 per hour.

This role is working weekends and the hours of work are:
- 5:30am to 3pm

Your Time at Work

As a Weekend Onsite Coordinator at this site your duties will include:

- Supporting on-site clients with their recruitment requirements
- Assisting our workforce with any enquiries and shift bookings
- Maintaining strong relationships with on-site management
- Completing staff check-ins, PPE checks, factory walks
- Administrative duties
- Checking workers in for their shift
- Replacing any workers who fail to show for their shift
- Booking workers in for their following shift
- Calling new candidates for interviews
- Conducting inductions for new starters
- Finance report

Our Perfect Worker

Our ideal Weekend Onsite Coordinator will have great communication skills and good levels of English.

They will have a great knowledge of Microsoft packages, an excellent telephone manner, be able to work under pressure and work alone and as part of a team.

They will also have excellent organization and time management skills.

Experience as a Coordinator is desirable or similar job.
