Weighbridge Operator – Full Time \| Initial 3\-Month Assignment with a view to temp to perm for the right candidate

Lynx Employment are currently recruiting for a Weighbridge Operator to join a busy workshop environment in Northampton on a full-time basis for an initial 3 month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and organised individual with strong administration and communication skills to support day-to-day site operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating the weighbridge system accurately and efficiently
  • Recording vehicle weights and processing documentation
  • Managing delivery and collection paperwork
  • Assist with Site inductions for contractors
  • Liaising with drivers and site management
  • Maintaining accurate records and data entry
  • Ensuring compliance with site health & safety procedures
  • Arrange haulage with local suppliers

Requirements

Previous weighbridge or transport administration experience preferred Good IT and data entry skills Strong attention to detail Excellent communication and organisational abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Working Monday to Friday 6am to 2.30pm
