Welder Fabricator, Temp to Perm, £18.50 per hour CIS, Workshop and sites across the Edinburgh area

Responsibilities

• Monday–Thursday 8:00am–4:30pm, Friday 8:00am–3:30pm, Monday–Thursday 7:00am–5:30pm, Friday 7:00am–4:30pm
• MIG and TIG welding across stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium and carbon steel.
• Welding stainless steel pipework and 8-inch carbon pipework.
• Fabricating platforms, handrails, tanks, silos, conveyors, nuts and bolts.
• Working on both heavy structural projects and hygienic applications.
• Reading and working accurately from technical drawings.
• Completing fabrication and welding work to a high standard in both workshop and site environments.

Requirements

• Proven fabrication experience.
• Strong MIG and TIG welding skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Experience working with different metals, including stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium and carbon steel.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Ability to work safely and independently across workshop and site environments.
