MIG Welder Fabricator
About the Role
We're recruiting an experienced MIG Welder Fabricator on behalf of a well-established, growing engineering client. This is a great opportunity for a skilled tradesperson to join a busy team working across a variety of fabrication projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out MIG welding on a range of materials, primarily mild steel
- Fabricating components from technical drawings and specifications
- Cutting, grinding, and finishing work as required
- Ensuring all work meets quality standards and deadlines
- Keeping the working environment safe and clean
- Working effectively both independently and as part of a team
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a MIG Welder/Fabricator
- Confidence reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Familiarity with fabrication tools and machinery
- Sound understanding of health & safety practices
- Relevant welding qualifications (preferred but not essential)
