Salary: £30,000 to £32,500 (£15ph-£16ph / 39 hour week over 4 days (Monday to Thursday))

Please note, the company operate a 4 day working week, 9.75 hours per day Monday to Thursday

Established engineering firm in Pershore require an experienced Welder Fabricator. The role offers a varied workload, including both batch welding and bespoke one-off fabrication projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working on a diverse range of high-quality engineering work.

You will have:

• Experience in welding and fabrication.
• Proven experience in MIG and TIG Welding
• Experience welding mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium preferred.
• The ability to work from engineering drawings (preferred).
• A good eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a small team.
• Excellent timekeeping and attendance.
• Good physical fitness, as the role can be physically demanding.
• Your own transport, as our location is not easily accessible by public transport.

The role will suit individuals currently working as Welder Fabricator and be living within a commutable distance of Pershore, Evesham, Worcester, Stourbridge, Redditch, Bromsgrove, Birmingham or be willing to relocate.
