We are currently looking for reliable and hardworking Welfare Cleaners to join our team on a busy construction site. As a Welfare Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the site welfare facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe and presentable for all site staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning welfare facilities, including toilets, canteens, kitchens and changing areas
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
- Cleaning and sanitising high-touch areas
- Restocking toilet rolls, hand soap and other welfare supplies
- Sweeping, mopping and general cleaning duties
- Maintaining a high standard of hygiene throughout the site
- Reporting any maintenance, cleaning or health and safety issues
- Following all site health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred, particularly on a construction site
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of health and safety
- Appropriate PPE must be worn at all times
- Construction/site experience is advantageous
