RG SetSquare is expanding, and we're looking for experienced Wet Room Fitters to join our growing team, delivering high-quality wet room installations across social housing contracts throughout Warwickshire and the surrounding areas.

• On-target earnings of £47,000 per year

• Install wet rooms to a high standard within occupied and void social housing properties
• Carry out rip-outs, floor preparation, waterproofing, and full wet room installations
• Install level-access shower trays, wall panels, sanitary ware, and associated fittings
• Complete all work efficiently while maintaining excellent quality
• Deliver outstanding customer service and treat tenants with respect
• Complete jobs within agreed timescales
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Accurately complete job paperwork and photographs where required

• Proven experience installing wet rooms, ideally within the social housing sector
• Experience with level-access shower systems, waterproofing, and accessible bathroom adaptations
• Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• CSCS card (preferred but not essential)
