- Travel to customer homes to diagnose, repair and maintain a wide range of domestic appliances
- Service washing machines, dishwashers, refrigeration appliances, ovens and other household appliances
- Identify faults, order and fit replacement parts, and carry out testing to ensure repairs are completed to a high standard
- Complete service reports and update job information using company systems
- Deliver outstanding customer service by explaining faults, repairs and recommendations clearly
- Work closely with the office team to manage schedules, parts and customer appointments
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company standards and industry regulations
- Previous experience as a White Goods Engineer or similar field service engineer
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across domestic appliances
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Able to work independently and manage a busy workload
- Basic IT skills to complete electronic job sheets and service reports
- Full UK driving licence
- Relevant electrical, mechanical or appliance servicing qualifications would be advantageous
