Workday Payroll Analyst

Workday Payroll Analyst | Midlands – Hybrid

We are recruiting for an experienced Workday Payroll Analyst to join a leading organisation in the Midlands.

This is a hands-on Workday Payroll position, responsible for configuration, optimisation and providing Tier 1 & Tier 2 support across the Payroll function.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on Workday Payroll configuration and optimisation

• Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 support, troubleshooting and incident resolution

• Manage and support Workday Payroll business processes

• Investigate and resolve system and payroll-related issues

• Work closely with HR, Payroll and People Systems teams

• Support continuous improvement and optimisation of the Workday Payroll platform

Key Requirements

• Strong hands-on Workday Payroll experience

• Proven experience with Workday Payroll configuration

• Experience providing Tier 1 & Tier 2 support

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Good understanding of Workday Payroll business processes

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
