Working Foreman

Bristol | £45k- £48k per annum



Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for an experienced working Foreman for a regional contractor specialising in general build projects across Bristol and surround.



Key Duties

  • Oversee management of construction project up to a value of £1 million
  • Management of sub contractors and day to day coordination
  • Able to complete aspects of multi-trade work when required
  • Maintain accurate site records and paperwork
  • Ensure health and safety standards are maintained


Requirements

  • Proven working Foreman /supervisory experience within the construction industry

  • CSCS card, first aid and SMSTS

  • Trade background (preferred)

  • Ability to manage varied scope; build/ fit-out/ refurb

  • Previous experience within industrial and commercial build projects
