Our client, a leading provider of facilities services in the UK, is seeking a Workplace Ambassador to support the day-to-day workplace experience within a 10-floor corporate environment.
Reporting to the Workplace Manager, this is a highly client-facing and mobile role with responsibility for managing and supporting a designated floor serving approximately 500-600 people.
As part of a team of Workplace Ambassadors, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional workplace experience for colleagues, visitors and clients. You will act as a visible point of contact, ensuring workplace services are delivered efficiently and professionally while maintaining high standards across your designated area.
This position offers the opportunity to gain valuable exposure within a corporate environment, develop workplace management skills and contribute to a positive and engaging workplace culture. You will also provide support across multiple floors when required, helping to ensure a consistent experience throughout the building.
Working as part of a team of Workplace Ambassadors, you will help create an exceptional workplace experience while providing support across multiple floors when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support a designated floor, serving approximately 500-600 people.
- Act as a key point of contact for colleagues, visitors and clients on the floor.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive workplace experience.
- Support seating arrangements, equipment requests and general workspace set-up.
- Conduct daily floor inspections and identify workplace issues.
- Liaise with relevant teams regarding maintenance, engineering and workplace service requirements.
- Assist with workplace activities, events and community initiatives.
- Provide cover and support across multiple floors as required.

- Strong communication skills.
- Professional, clear and confident communication style.

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant corporate, hospitality or customer service experience.
