Workplace and Office Coordinator

Location: Ramsdell, Hampshire - On-site role

Hours: 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 4:30pm on Friday (we are open to discussing part-time working arrangements for the right candidate)

At Saint-Gobain Ecophon, we're looking for a Workplace and Office Coordinator to join our team in Ramsdell and play a key role in creating an exceptional workplace experience for colleagues, customers and visitors alike.

This is a brand-new role, making it a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves variety, enjoys taking ownership, and wants the chance to genuinely shape how a role develops. Rather than stepping into an established routine, you'll have the opportunity to bring fresh ideas, identify improvements, and make a real impact on the day-to-day running of our workplace.

You'll be at the heart of the business, helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes. One minute you could be welcoming visitors and preparing meeting spaces, the next you'll be coordinating sample requests, managing workplace facilities, supporting health and safety activities, or ensuring colleagues have everything they need to do their jobs effectively. What we're looking for:

• Experience in reception, office administration, facilities, workplace coordination, or a similar customer-focused environment.
• A highly organised individual who can juggle multiple priorities whilst keeping calm and focused.
• Someone who naturally takes ownership, spots what needs doing and gets on with it.
• A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and creating positive experiences for colleagues and visitors.
• A proactive, hands-on person who's happy rolling up their sleeves and getting involved wherever needed.

What you will be doing:

• Creating a welcoming and professional experience for visitors, customers and contractors arriving on site.
• Coordinating meeting rooms, visitor access, workplace facilities and office services to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
• Managing office supplies, refreshments, stationery and workplace resources so colleagues have everything they need.
• Coordinating acoustic sample requests, dispatching products and maintaining stock levels to support customer needs.
• Supporting workplace standards, facilities activities and health & safety processes to help create a safe, organised and efficient working environment.
