The Role

You will support the smooth day-to-day operation of the workplace, acting as a key point of contact between employees, facilities teams, contractors and service partners.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating day-to-day workplace and facilities activities

• Managing service requests and resolving workplace issues

• Liaising with engineering, cleaning, security and other service teams

• Supporting meeting rooms, events and office requirements

• Monitoring service standards across the workplace

• Coordinating contractors and suppliers

• Maintaining accurate records and reporting

• Supporting health, safety and compliance processes

• Delivering an excellent workplace experience for employees and visitors

Experience Required

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a workplace, facilities or front-of-house coordination role within a professional corporate environment.

Candidates may currently work as a Workplace Coordinator, Facilities Coordinator, Workplace Experience Coordinator, Facilities Assistant, Office Coordinator or Workplace Experience Associate.

Experience within a corporate headquarters, banking, financial services or other high-profile commercial environment would be particularly advantageous.
