Workplace Coordinator - Starbucks

Hounslow | £14.80 per hour | Full-Time | Temp to Perm

We're looking for an organised and proactive Workplace Coordinator to support the smooth running of a busy, customer-focused retail store.

• Support day-to-day store operations
• Work on the shop floor alongside the team
• Assist with stock control, deliveries, and replenishment
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and store communications
• Help maintain a welcoming, organised, and efficient environment
• Support store events and operational activities

• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork
• A proactive, hands-on approach
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and workplace systems
• Experience in retail, hospitality, operations, or workplace coordination is desirable
