Workplace Scheduler

Sitting at the heart of service delivery, you’ll ensure PPM and reactive works are scheduled effectively, compliance is maintained and engineering resources are coordinated around the operational needs of the building.
The Role
As the Workplace Scheduler, you will:
- Coordinate PPM, reactive maintenance and engineering schedules.
- Prioritise works based on operational and critical building requirements.
- Ensure maintenance activities are planned efficiently and completed on time.
- Monitor schedules to support compliance and service performance.
- Coordinate with engineers and the wider facilities team.
- Communicate changes, priorities and requirements to key stakeholders.
To be successful as the Workplace Scheduler, you’ll have:
- Previous scheduling, planning or coordination experience within FM or building services.
- A good understanding of PPM and reactive maintenance.
- Knowledge of how building services and maintenance activities impact operations.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Confidence working within a fast-paced, service-led environment.
