Works Inspector
ARM
Contract: 12 months initially, potential extension
Location: London - site based
Rate: £402-£407/day Umbrella
We are recruiting for an experienced Works Inspector to support major construction and transport infrastructure projects across London.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect and supervise construction works on site.
Inspect reinforced concrete (RC) works and review reinforcement drawings.
Review and implement Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
Undertake independent examinations and quality inspections.
Monitor structural steelwork installations.
Oversee highways works, including waterproofing and surfacing.
Identify and escalate quality or technical issues where required.
Essential Experience
Strong reinforced concrete inspection/delivery experience.
Comprehensive ITP experience.
Highways construction experience, particularly waterproofing and surfacing.
Previous site inspection or supervision experience.
Civil engineering, highways, rail or transport infrastructure background.
Requirements: CSCS Card and full UK driving licence.
This is a site-focused role suited to an experienced inspector who can work independently and make informed decisions around construction quality and compliance.
