As a Workshop Administrator, you'll work closely with workshop, service and sales teams, managing key processes through Kerridge and Autoliv while ensuring accurate administration across the department.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Workshop Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating and processing all work in progress (WIP) job cards and workshop documentation
  • Managing timesheet data entry accurately and within required timescales
  • Checking job sheets, timesheets and parts invoices to support cost control
  • Invoicing completed work and maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinating workshop diaries and engineer job allocations
  • Using Kerridge and Autoliv systems to manage workshop administration processes
  • Raising purchase orders and booking goods and services as required
  • Supporting compliance requirements, including LOLER inspection records
  • Maintaining KPI records, spreadsheets and workshop reports
  • Providing general admin support to workshop management


What we're looking for:

We're keen to speak with candidates who have:

  • Previous experience in an Administrator position within a workshop, service or operational environment
  • Experience using Kerridge or Autoliv systems would be highly advantageous
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • A proactive and methodical approach to work
  • Experience within a hire industry environment would be beneficial but is not essential, including vehicles, HGV, forklift, plant, powered access, crane, generator or agricultural sectors
