Location: Aldridge,
Salary: Up to £28,800
Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 16:30

Questech Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Workshop Administrator to join a well-established business based in Aldridge.

This is a busy, varied administration role supporting the day-to-day running of the workshop. You’ll work closely with technicians, customers and management, helping to ensure jobs are processed accurately and efficiently from start to finish.

The Role

As Workshop Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

• Raising and managing workshop job cards
• Updating technician time bookings and job information
• Checking and processing workshop documentation
• Finalising parts and labour charges
• Closing completed jobs and maintaining accurate records
• Processing invoices, credits and warranty claims
• Producing reports when required
• Liaising with technicians, customers and management
• Providing general administrative support to the workshop team

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Previous administration experience
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Confidence using Microsoft Excel and Word
• The ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload
• A proactive and reliable approach to work
• The ability to remain calm and organised under pressure

Previous experience within a workshop, automotive, engineering or service environment would be beneficial, but isn’t essential if you have strong administration experience.

• Daytime hours – 08:00 to 16:30
