Workshop Controller

Due to the continued growth of our clients Service & Aftercare department, Our client are seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead their team of Technicians at our award-winning facility.

Working with post-war models, from classic to modern vehicles, you will oversee daily workshop operations, manage technician performance, deliver workshop KPIs, and act as the key link between the Service & Aftercare team and the workshop.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Workshop supervisory or management experience.

• Knowledge of classic and modern performance vehicles.

• Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills.

• Experience within a prestige, sports or classic car environment.

Competitive salary of up to £45,000 plus bonus, overtime and benefits.
