- Monday to Friday working hours, 7:30am – 5:00pm, with flexible start and finish times

- Manage the daily workflow of the bodyshop, ensuring smooth vehicle progression through repairs
- Allocate repair jobs to technicians based on their skills and workload
- Monitor repair progress and ensure jobs are completed within planned timescales
- Liaise with the Bodyshop Manager and wider team to maintain operational efficiency
- Ensure technicians have the necessary parts, information, and resources
- Conduct regular quality checks to uphold repair standards
- Support technicians with technical or repair-related questions
- Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment
- Work collaboratively with estimators, parts personnel, and the wider team to meet repair targets
- Previous experience as a Workshop Controller within an accident repair centre or bodyshop
- Strong knowledge of vehicle accident repair processes and workflow
- Proven ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload effectively
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and a focus on repair quality
- Ability to motivate and support a team of technicians
- Professional, proactive, and solutions-focused attitude
- Experience working to manufacturer or insurer repair standards is advantageous
