- Manage workshop loading and technician scheduling to optimise productivity.
- Oversee daily workshop activities across multiple sites.
- Liaise with parts and service teams to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Diagnose and resolve vehicle issues effectively.
- Manage internal, preparation and retail work.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Ensure warranty processes and documentation comply with manufacturer standards.
- As Workshop Controller, lead and support the workshop team while meeting operational targets.
- Proven experience as a Workshop Controller, Workshop Supervisor or in a similar role within a multi-franchise dealership.
- Knowledge of Kerridge, RTC or comparable dealership management systems.
- Demonstrable leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Good IT literacy and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet targets.
