Benefits:
- £34,000–£36,000 basic salary, dependent on experience
- Annual earnings of up to £44,000 including bonus
- Monday-to-Friday working hours, 8:00am–6:00pm
- Saturdays on a rota basis

- In this Workshop Controller / Senior Service Advisor position, coordinate the daily activities of the workshop to maintain an efficient workflow
- Liaise with technicians, service advisors and customers throughout the repair process
- Monitor job progress, productivity and quality of work
- Support vehicle bookings, customer updates and service queries
- Ensure vehicles are completed and ready for collection within agreed timescales
- Maintain clear communication between the workshop and front-of-house teams
- Help deliver high standards of customer service and operational performance
- To succeed as a Workshop Controller / Senior Service Advisor, you will have previous experience in a similar motor trade position
- Strong knowledge of workshop processes and vehicle servicing or repair operations
- Excellent communication, organisation and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritise workloads and remain effective in a busy environment
- Confidence liaising with technicians, customers and management
- A proactive approach with strong attention to detail
- Experience as a Workshop Controller / Senior Service Advisor would be highly advantageous
