Location: Bromley, London, BR1
Salary: £14.24–£15 per hour
Contract: Part-time, long-term temporary
Start date: 1 September 2026
Salary is based on experience and qualifications. Higher rates apply to candidates with significant experience and/or qualifications.
A welcoming primary school in Bromley is looking for reliable Wraparound Care Support Staff to assist with its before-school and after-school provision. This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced childcare professional who can provide safe, engaging care outside normal school hours.

Key responsibilities
Welcome children and support safe registration and collection procedures.
Organise games, arts and crafts, reading and age-appropriate activities.
Supervise indoor and outdoor play.
Assist with snacks and maintain clean, safe activity areas.
Encourage cooperation, independence and positive behaviour.
Communicate relevant information to colleagues and parents or carers.

Requirements
Relevant experience in a school, nursery, club, childcare or playwork environment.
A patient, approachable and dependable manner.
Confidence managing groups of primary-aged children.
Awareness of safeguarding, allergies and health and safety.
Relevant childcare, first-aid or food-hygiene qualifications are desirable.
