All Together Education Recruitment is working with a supportive and well-led primary school in Wandsworth seeking an experienced Year 1 Class Teacher with Phase Leader responsibility.

This opportunity would suit an experienced KS1 teacher who is ready to take on leadership responsibility alongside classroom teaching.

The successful candidate will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Have experience teaching in KS1 and a strong understanding of the Year 1 curriculum.

• Deliver engaging lessons that meet a range of learning needs.

• Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills.

• Be ready to support colleagues and lead a phase.

Experienced teachers are required; this position is not suitable for ECTs.
