Location: North Tyneside
Salary £30,000 - £35,000 DOE
Hours: Monday - Thursday: 9:00am - 5:30pm | Friday: 9:00am - 4:30pm

Are you organised, commercially aware and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service?
We're looking for an Account Coordinator to join a busy and supportive client services team, acting as the link between customers and production to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
This is a varied role where you'll build strong customer relationships, coordinate multiple projects and play a key part in delivering an excellent client experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing customer accounts and building long-term relationships
- Processing customer orders
- Coordinating projects from enquiry through to final delivery
- Liaising with production and internal departments to ensure deadlines are met
- Keeping customers updated throughout each stage of their project
- Providing outstanding customer service while identifying opportunities to add value
- Managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from candidates who have experience in industries such as:
- Packaging
- Direct Mail
- Point of Sale (POS)
- Or similar print and production environments
You'll also have:
- Strong commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience using an MIS system would be advantageous
