Hours: Monday to Friday | 40 hours – 8am-5pm
Location: Denton, Greater Manchester (Hybrid Working – 3 days office, 2 WFH)
Our client, a leading provider of integrated facilities management and infrastructure solutions is hiring for an Account Coordinator to join their team, supporting the delivery of security and maintenance services across a national retail contract.
You'll play a vital role in coordinating maintenance activities, managing contractors, monitoring service delivery and ensuring security-related issues are resolved efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and contractor management experience who thrives in a fast-paced facilities or maintenance environment.
You'll provide administrative and operational support to the Account Manager, ensuring maintenance and security works are delivered efficiently across the contract. Acting as a key point of contact for contractors and suppliers, you'll monitor outstanding works, produce reports and help drive excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Account Manager with the day-to-day coordination of the security and maintenance contract.
- Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities.
- Manage contractor performance, ensuring works are completed within agreed timescales.
- Chase outstanding jobs, ETAs and overdue actions through to completion.
- Monitor reactive security incidents and coordinate repairs.
- Produce operational and maintenance reports.
- Coordinate contractor meetings and maintain effective supplier relationships.
- Use MAS, Connect and other CAFM systems to manage maintenance activities.
- Respond to customer queries and manage shared team inboxes.
- Work collaboratively with other Account Coordinators to support operational delivery and compliance.
About You
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities while building strong relationships with contractors and stakeholders.
Essential
- Strong administration or maintenance coordination experience.
- Experience managing contractors or supplier relationships.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional report writing and email communication.
- Ability to work independently and proactively chase actions through to completion.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
