Account Executive

Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting for an Account Executive on behalf of our fantastic client based in Mansfield.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage customer orders through the company's management information systems.
  • Coordinate digital print, fulfilment and distribution projects from initial brief through to completion.
  • Liaise with internal departments including production, warehousing, logistics and account management to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively manage deadlines to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate job records, schedules and documentation.
  • Track stock levels and assist with inventory management where required.
  • Arrange and coordinate deliveries, dispatches and distribution activities.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding project status, schedules and requirements.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues quickly, escalating concerns where appropriate.
  • Ensure all work is processed in accordance with company procedures, quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Produce reports and update management information systems with accurate and timely information.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies.
  • Assist with forecasting workload requirements and prioritising jobs to maximise operational effectiveness.
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, quality and service delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve departmental and company objectives.

  • Experience within production control or project coordination.
  • Knowledge of warehousing, fulfilment or distribution operations.
  • Understanding of digital print or lithographic print processes.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and management information systems.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing, logistics, print or agency environment.
