We are now looking for an Account Manager 3D Retail to join us on a permanent, full-time basis, working 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

The Role
As our Account Manager 3D Retail, you will oversee the successful delivery of 3D retail display projects, ensuring they meet expectations, deadlines and budgets.
Acting as the main point of contact for a major blue-chip client, you'll manage day-to-day account activity, develop a strong understanding of their business and translate their requirements into clear briefs for the design team.
You'll oversee projects from initial briefing through to delivery, working closely with colleagues to ensure designs meet client expectations and commercial requirements. You'll also identify opportunities to grow accounts whilst maintaining strong relationships and profitability.
Additionally, you will:
- Hold regular client status meetings and produce WIP and job status reports
- Produce quotes and maintain supporting project documentation
- Facilitate collaboration across departments to deliver cohesive projects
- Prepare and present project performance reports and insights
- Contribute to pitch decks and proposals for new or expanded business
- Stay informed on industry trends to advise clients on innovative strategies
About You
To be considered as an Account Manager 3D Retail, you will need:
- At least three years’ experience in the design and management of retail display manufacturing and installation
- General marketing and retail marketing knowledge
- Knowledge of retail display production and installation rollouts
- An understanding of 3D design software, such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Photoshop and Illustrator
- An awareness of current retail design trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong time-management and budget-management skills
- Excellent relationship-building skills
The ability to travel and manage projects on-site globally, alongside a full, valid passport and driving licence, would be beneficial.
