Location: Between Bicester and Aylesbury
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join one of our well-established clients based in Aylesbury. This is an ongoing temporary position with a minimum expected duration of 3 months, with the potential to be extended depending on business needs.
Working within a busy construction environment, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of the site, ensuring processes run efficiently and documentation is kept up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing general administrative support to the site and office teams.
- Answering and directing telephone calls and responding to email enquiries.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal databases.
- Processing orders.
- Preparing reports, spreadsheets and other documentation.
- Filing and organising site paperwork.
- Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative duties as required.
- Previous administration experience is essential.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work independently.
- Professional communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Experience working within a construction, engineering or industrial environment would be advantageous, but is not essential.
- You must have your own transport, as the client's location is not easily accessible by public transport.
- Availability to commit to an ongoing temporary assignment for a minimum of 3 months.
