Are you an Administrator or similar looking for a varied role where you can develop your career, build relationships with existing clients and receive full training and direct progression to an Account Manager role?

Founded nearly 50 years ago, this company specialises in air conditioning services and works with a range of established clients across the UK. They boast excellent staff retention rates due to their fantastic culture and recognising and rewarding their valued employees.

In this role you will manage your own portfolio of existing clients, acting as their main point of contact and taking ownership of jobs from initial enquiry through to completion. You will work closely with customers, engineers and internal teams to coordinate works, manage timescales, arrange quotations and resolve any issues along the way.

This role would suit an Administrator or similar with previous office-based experience who is keen to develop within a client-focused role, with the opportunity to get out the office and visit clients face to face for more daily variety.

The Role:

• Managing your own portfolio of clients and acting as the main point of contact
• Taking ownership of jobs from initial enquiry through to completion
• Coordinating engineers, schedules, reactive and planned maintenance works
• Producing quotations, providing client updates and resolving issues
• Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm, finish at 5pm one week in four.
