We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aftersales Advisor to join a reputable performance vehicle dealership in Addlestone. As an Aftersales Advisor, you will play a vital role within a dynamic team, contributing to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Duties of the Aftersales Advisor:
  • Greeting customers and facilitating a smooth customer experience
  • Advising clients on vehicle services, repairs, and maintenance
  • Managing service appointments and liaising with the workshop team to ensure timely vehicle turnaround
  • Quoting, ordering parts, and providing recommendations for additional services
  • Upselling and promoting further service options to clients
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed customer records and service histories
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at all times
  • Managing workshop load and prioritising service schedules effectively
Requirements of the Aftersales Advisor:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Service Manager, ideally with 5+ years in the motor trade
  • Strong customer service skills coupled with a professional attitude
  • Good mechanical understanding of automotive systems and services
  • Demonstrated ability to work well within a team and handle multiple priorities
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to develop within the industry
  • Long-term commitment and ambition to progress into managerial roles
