- The Aftersales Manager will support the aftersales team across front-of-house operations and resolve customer issues professionally.
- The Aftersales Manager will help manage the department’s daily performance, processes and workflow.
- Work closely with colleagues to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Provide effective leadership, coaching and support to the wider aftersales team.
- Monitor departmental activity and assist with achieving key performance objectives.
- The successful Aftersales Manager will have extensive experience within a Franchise Main Dealer Service Department at supervisory level.
- Excellent knowledge of dealership management systems.
- A proven record of managing, motivating and developing a team.
- Strong customer service, communication and organisational skills.
- A full UK manual driving licence with minimal points.
