This is a great opportunity to join a national RIBA chartered practice who offer a wide range of award-winning design services to the residential and commercial sectors. They are on the lookout for a talented and proactive Architectural Technologist to join their York studio.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist include:

• Work on various projects from inception through to completion
• Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
• Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to build and maintain strong working relationships

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• Relevant degree within Architectural Technology
• Strong post qualification experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
• Experience managing projects within the residential and commercial sector
• Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Excellent technical detailing skills
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the York area
