Are you an experienced Assistant Manager, Supervisor or Retail Leader looking for your next opportunity in fashion retail?

We're recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join a successful fashion retailer in Nottingham. Working 32 hours per week, you'll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager, leading the team and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The Role

You'll support the day-to-day running of the store, helping to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service and lead the team by example.

You'll be responsible for:

• Supporting and developing the team

• Driving sales and KPI performance

• Delivering an outstanding customer experience

• Maintaining excellent store standards

• Supporting stock and operational processes

• Leading the store in the Store Manager's absence

What We're Looking For

You'll have experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Keyholder or Team Leader within a fast-paced retail environment.
