Assistant Site Manager – New Build Residential - Higham Ferrers

We have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join a well-established residential developer on a new build housing development in Higham Ferrers.

This role is being offered on an initial temporary basis, with the potential to become a permanent position for the right individual.

Working closely with the Site Manager, you will assist with the day-to-day running of the development, helping to ensure works are completed safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their career with a respected housebuilder.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working on new build residential developments
• SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A proactive approach and commitment to health & safety
