Job description:

  • Own and manage a designated brand portfolio, driving commercial performance and long-term growth.
  • Deliver category and range reviews, identifying opportunities to improve sales, profitability, and market position.
  • Analyse sales, market, and competitor data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new and existing products.
  • Manage marketing budgets to maximise brand visibility and return on investment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and NPD teams to deliver impactful campaigns and launches.
  • Identify new product opportunities through customer, market, and category insights.
  • Partner with NPD to bring innovative products successfully from concept to market.

Profile

A successful Brand Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in brand, product, or category management within a commercial environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and translate insights into action.
  • Experience developing and delivering successful product launches and go-to-market strategies.
  • Confident managing budgets, tracking performance metrics, and maximising ROI.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Proactive and hands-on, with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving growth.

Job Offer

  • Salary between £40,000 and £45,000, dependent on the level of experience.
